Non-Executive Chairman & Co-Founder
Dr. McElwain brings over 35 years of healthcare experience as a recognized leader in concierge medicine, health coaching, and human performance. Formerly the CEO of Peak Health Consultants, he has guided numerous physicians and organizations in adopting the membership model of practice. Dr. McElwain holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with a specialty in Healthcare Administration from Simmons College and is a proud parent to Rocket and Lucy.

Sean brings over 35 years of expertise in marketing and business development, with leadership roles at top Fortune 100 companies like Intel and Best Buy, as well as subscription-based businesses such as XM Radio and Castle Connolly Private Health Partners. With nearly a decade of experience in membership-based primary care medicine, Sean is a seasoned professional who balances his career with his role as a proud dog dad to Jake, his 3-year-old English Setter rescue.
